Terms and Conditions
- Payment can be made by credit card or debit card or EFT.
- Payment is required at time of appointment for all Medicate and Private appointments
- Private Health and Medicare Rebates may apply to some of our fees.
- Payment for Pre-Employment Appointments is required prior to the release of Results Paperwork unless otherwise arranged
- To be eligible for a Membership, you must have had an initial appointment with an Exercise Physiologist.
- For VIP appointments, please provide 24 hours’ notice for your cancellation or you will forfeit your appointment.
- For VIP Pack or Membership, you are entitled to one cancellation only per VIP Pack or Membership. Further cancellations and no show at your appointments will be counted as an appointment attended.
- Appointments for VIP Packs are not transferrable.
- Memberships are not transferrable.
- If a Pre-Employment appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time a cancellation fee of $80 will app
- If you hold an account with Rural Fit, all invoices must be paid within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.

Refund Policy
- Rural Fit will provide a refund to a customer in accordance with the Australian Consumer
- For Pre-Employment Appointments which are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment start time a late cancellation/reschedule fee of $80 may apply
- For VIP Packs, please see the Terms and Conditions above regarding cancellations and transfers.
- A refund does not apply if the issue raised is outside the control of the provider or if you:
- changed your mind
- insisted on having a service provided in a particular way, against the provider’s advice
- failed to clearly explain your needs to the provider.
