Rural Fit is a team of allied health professionals who wake up every morning doing something they love – inspiring and developing the freedoms, value and movement of being.
This inspiration manifests itself and inspires our team to reflect Rural Fit’s vision in our own lives to ensure our clients share our values, culture, goals and beliefs. Our tertiary qualifications, accreditation and experience ensure solutions to complex health and exercise challenges are simple, achievable and clearly communicate our vision. By our team developing dynamic and sustainable relationships between knowledge, function and human performance, our vision is marketed through the intrinsic biological responses and adaptations to the development of movement, value and freedoms in the individuals and communities we meet.
Developing trust through clarity & consistency
Our role in the medical, health and fitness industry is to provide high quality exercise physiology and sports science services to the backbone of Australia so they don’t have to travel to larger cities. We are empathetic to the barriers faced by General Practitioners and Allied Health Professionals in rural Australia and specialise in interventions and solutions for referees, clients and Government.
Our clients are victors who use injury, disease, illness, life milestones, and dissatisfaction as a trigger for change. Our team loves witnessing their clients having fun exploiting their newly discovered self-confidence, time and freedom.
Developing balance through discipline
As the decisions we make have more to do with who we are and less to do with our services and products, our clients are also challenged to make their decisions on who they are rather than the external materialistic distractions which hinder their freedoms, movement and value of being.
